Dear Friends, Clients, and Community,

It is with a heavy heart that I write to you today, yet also with deep gratitude and a strong sense of purpose. As many of you know, my husband, Dirk Stone, was more than just a realtor—he was a man of integrity, dedication, and kindness. He built his career and his team on the foundation of trust, excellence, and relationships, always believing that real estate was about people, not just transactions. His sudden passing has left an indescribable void, but his vision and values remain stronger than ever.

In honor of Dirk and the legacy he worked so hard to build, we are committed to continuing his work with the same passion and dedication he was known for. Alishia Monasmith, who worked closely with Dirk for many years, will take on the role of team lead. I, Denise Stone, will serve as managing partner, and our son, Cameron, will also be joining us, working toward his real estate license to follow in his father’s footsteps. Together, we will carry forward the principles Dirk lived by—leading with integrity, striving for excellence, and always putting relationships first.

Though we miss Dirk dearly, his spirit guides us every day. His unwavering commitment to his clients and this community set a standard that we will continue to uphold. We are honored to have the opportunity to serve you, Dirk’s friends and clients, and we hope to continue building the lasting relationships he cherished so much.
